Linear motor axes

Highest positioning and repeat accuracy thanks to maintenance-free and wear-free drive element. The linear axis with linear motor drive achieves its high speeds and accelerations thanks to the motor integrated into the slide unit. Depending on requirements, our linear motor axes are available as table or bridge axes. They are also available as compact CV axes for high-speed vertical applications. The linear tables with linear motor drive are IPA-certified for clean rooms up to ISO class 4. You can customize your linear axis with a wide range of options in our product configurator.
