With just a few clicks, you can adapt the product exactly to your requirements and individually choose the design, drive type, stroke and a wide range of options such as carriage length, limit switches or dust protection, to name but a few. A CAD model is available to download as soon as configuration is complete and you have the option to order your configured product directly.

Aluminium gantries satisfy the highest requirements when it comes to precision and dynamic response. Depending on the ambient conditions and the dynamic requirements, gantries that are driven on both sides or on one side are available. The HIWIN standard offers different series with a wide variety of options. Customised solutions can also be developed with these options. The linear axis with ballscrew and steel profile is a compact, flexible positioning module. It is ideal in particular for applications requiring high rolling moments around the axis.

The new generation of small- to medium-load LMV linear motor axes was developed specifically for “more compact, lighter, and highly dynamic” solutions. The considerably reduced moving masses and the new linear motors from the LMSA series gave rise to a highly dynamic positioning axis that can bring its advantages to bear for both horizontal and vertical applications. Unlike other linear motor axes, the HIWIN linear motor axis LMV is characterised by maximised mechanical stability in a compact, weight-optimised design.
